When to Place Your Order
The online store is always open, but we recommend placing orders between Friday and Monday before midnight (24:00) to ensure delivery within the same week. During this period, the product selection is fully updated.
Starting Tuesday morning, we begin preparing orders. Our farmers harvest products between Tuesday and Wednesday, and the bakers make bread on Tuesday. Therefore, orders placed after Monday night may not be fully completed.
Deliveries and pickups are made from Wednesday morning to Thursday, depending on the chosen pickup point or delivery method.

2. Pickup at Distribution Points (Free)
You can pick up your order at any of our distribution points in Granada and the Metropolitan Area. Check the map for updated addresses and hours.

We deliver to Granada city and surrounding areas.
Delivery days: Wednesday and Thursday, depending on the delivery route.
Shipping cost: €6 plus VAT for orders under €70.
Free shipping for orders over €70 (excluding VAT).
4. Home Delivery – Rest of Spain
We ship anywhere in mainland Spain using courier companies.
Important: All shipments are made on Wednesdays.
Delivery time varies from 24 to 72 hours depending on the service chosen.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on order weight and destination.

- Correos Express: 14 or 24-hour delivery (non-refrigerated) – Not available in summer
- Integra 2: refrigerated delivery in 48–72 hours
- SEUR Frío: refrigerated delivery in 24 hours
