The philosophy of the García de Verdevique winery is to produce natural wines from the highest vineyards in Europe (1150-1400 metres) located in the heart of the Sierra de la Contraviesa - Alpujarra of Granada.
Our wines are not subjected to any type of filtration or stabilisation, nor are any chemical elements added, so that we obtain a wine of excellent quality, with the heart and soul of the countryside where it was born, just as the land gives it.
Vineyards: Settled on shallow slate soils, low in organic matter and with low yields and absent of chemical treatments, giving absolute respect to the environment. Sites: Cerro Garín, la Lobera, Hoya de La Mina, Las Mielgas and Cerro la Lobera.
Filtration: Natural
