We offer our customers multiple payment methods to suit their needs.
- Card Payment. We use the Redsys payment platform, which guarantees secure e-commerce with a wide range of banks and financial institutions. If there is any difference between the amount paid and the final total of your order, our accounting team will issue the corresponding credit within 2 to 3 weeks, which you will receive as a refund to your payment card.
- Direct Debit. For regular customers, we offer the option of signing a direct debit mandate, which allows us to charge your account for your weekly order. It is the most convenient method for regular customers. To set up a new direct debit, please send us an email stating that you would like to use this payment method, and we will provide you with the SEPA document to fill out with your bank details.
- Cash Payment. You can pay in cash when you collect your order at our facilities in Churriana de la Vega.
